LMS / Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

About the role

Ashreitech Academy is looking for an organized, detail-oriented LMS / Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to manage learning management system operations, keep training records, track participant progress and support project reporting. The position is full-time and on-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a contract of 5 months. It is open to candidates based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar or Quetta.

Key responsibilities

• Manage LMS operations, including user accounts, course content and participant access.
• Maintain accurate digital records of enrolment, attendance, assessments and training progress.
• Monitor training activities, participant engagement, learning outcomes and performance indicators.
• Prepare periodic reports, data summaries and project documentation.
• Review records to ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Coordinate with trainers and stakeholders to collect information and resolve LMS-related issues.
• Organize and maintain documentation required for monitoring, evaluation, reporting and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in LMS administration, training data management, monitoring and evaluation, reporting or performance tracking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and digital record management.
• Strong data tracking, analytical and reporting skills.
• Good organizational, coordination and time-management abilities, attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
