Management Associate / Trainee (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Management Associate / Trainee to work directly with the founder/CEO, supporting business, operations, product, and marketing functions. This hands‑on, remote position is ideal for an early‑career professional who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn how startups are built from the inside.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the founder/CEO with daily tasks, priorities, follow‑ups and execution.
• Manage notes, action items, reminders, documents and task lists.
• Conduct market, competitor, product and customer research.
• Prepare briefs, summaries, reports, presentations and other documents.
• Coordinate with team members, freelancers, vendors and external partners.
• Support product planning, feature research, user feedback collection and testing.
• Help with product marketing, messaging, content ideas and launch planning.
• Track project progress and ensure important tasks are not missed.
• Join calls, take notes and follow up on action items.
• Improve systems, workflows, processes and team communication.
• Provide general admin, operations, marketing and business development support as needed.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Good communication and follow‑up skills.
• Fast learner with strong problem‑solving ability.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Trustworthy, reliable and able to handle confidential information.
• Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast‑moving environment.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (8 hours per day).
• Compensation ranging from PKR 80,000 to PKR 150,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
