Management Trainee – Client Services Department

About the role

IO Digital is offering a three‑month Management Trainee position within its Client Services Department. The programme is designed for recent graduates or final‑year students who want to gain hands‑on experience in digital marketing and media while working on live client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the client services team in managing relationships, interpreting briefs and ensuring project delivery.
• Contribute to real‑world campaigns across multiple departments, gaining rotational exposure.
• Collaborate with senior professionals to develop strategic solutions for clients.
• Utilise digital tools and platforms to support campaign execution and reporting.
• Build a diverse portfolio showcasing work on live projects.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, media, communication or a related field; recent graduates or final‑year students preferred.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time‑management and adaptability to handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with Canva.
• Basic familiarity with Capcut.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (optional).
