Management Trainee Officer - Brand Communication and Social Impact

About the role

Indigo Textile (Pvt) Ltd, a leading Pakistani denim manufacturer with an annual capacity of 36 million meters, is hiring a Management Trainee Officer for Brand Communication and Social Impact. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bin Qasim Town, supporting brand communication strategies across digital and traditional channels and coordinating social impact initiatives such as sustainability projects, community outreach and CSR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand communication strategies, including content creation, campaign planning and brand storytelling.
• Help coordinate social impact initiatives aligned with the company's values and brand image.
• Collect and analyze data on campaign performance and prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, sustainability).
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and take part in meetings, learning programs and on-ground events.

Required profile

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in sustainability, responsible manufacturing and community engagement is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bin Qasim Town and willingness to learn in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Required skills

• Brand communication, marketing fundamentals and basic knowledge of social impact or CSR initiatives.
• Content creation, copywriting and presentation design for digital and offline platforms.
• Research, data collection and basic analysis for monitoring campaigns and projects.
• Collaboration, interpersonal communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Time management, organization and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools is beneficial.
