Management Trainee Officer – Finance & Trading

About the role

Enrichers Investment Group is seeking a Management Trainee Officer to join its finance and trading team in Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site role offers hands‑on exposure to business development, market analysis, and client relationship management within a leading brokerage firm.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and meetings.
• Convert leads into prospect meetings and pitch investment ideas to potential clients.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are informed of market factors affecting product prices.
• Conduct market research to spot investment opportunities and support the achievement of company targets.
• Negotiate deals, follow up diligently, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in the investment industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial markets is advantageous.
