About the role

Duseca Software SMC Pvt. Limited, a mobile and web application development company working with international clients, is hiring a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for its Sales & Business Development programme. It is aimed at fresh graduates who want to build a career in international sales, client relationship management and business development within the digital services industry. The position is full-time and on-site in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with international clients and respond to their queries.
• Assist with client engagement, follow-ups and relationship management.
• Learn and support sales operations through platforms such as Fiverr.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate to support business opportunities.
• Manage multiple client conversations and tasks accurately and professionally.
• Follow established communication standards and sales processes.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with an interest in sales, marketing and business development.
• Basic understanding of client management or sales; experience in a digital agency is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Fiverr and client engagement on freelance platforms.
• Basic understanding of client management or sales.
