Management Trainee Officer - Outbound B2B Sales & Lead Generation

About the role

Devsinc is seeking motivated fresh graduates to join as Management Trainee Officers focused on outbound B2B sales and lead generation. You will receive structured training and mentorship while supporting business growth across North American and EMEA markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research target industries, companies and decision‑makers based on the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, company websites and other tools.
• Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email and approved channels.
• Support pipeline creation by identifying and engaging potential opportunities.
• Qualify prospects using the BANT framework and generate MQLs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly prospecting and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written English meeting professional U.S. business standards.
• Basic understanding of the B2B sales cycle, outbound prospecting and lead‑qualification concepts (ICP, MQL, SQL, BANT).
• Motivation to build a career in sales, resilience to handle rejection and a strong work ethic.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with Apollo.io (or similar lead‑generation platforms).
• Knowledge of CRM and sales engagement tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
