Manager Accounts

About the role

Zameen.com is looking for an experienced Manager Accounts to lead its accounting and bookkeeping functions. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and supports the finance team in achieving organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all bookkeeping and financial reporting for assigned clients.
• Serve as primary contact for client onboarding, communication, reporting and query resolution.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships through high‑quality service.
• Supervise, mentor and guide a team of junior bookkeepers.
• Allocate tasks, review output and align work with client requirements and internal standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and support professional development.
• Design and manage workflows for efficient task execution.
• Establish and enforce bookkeeping best practices in line with UAE regulatory requirements.
• Monitor internal systems to improve documentation accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• ACCA Affiliate or CA Finalist.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial accounting role.
