Manager Accounts - Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Manager Accounts to lead our accounting department during the night shift. Based in Gulistan‑e‑Jauhar, Karachi, you will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, cash‑flow management and compliance while supporting the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training and performance support.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures and internal controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage cash‑flow, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Analyse financial data and present insights to senior management for decision‑making.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities and financial institutions as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA) preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior accounting role such as Manager Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
