Manager Accounts - Night Shift

About the role

The Manager Accounts will lead the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while overseeing day‑to‑day accounting operations. This night‑shift position requires a strategic thinker who can improve processes, maintain compliance, and support the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate and oversee audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support decision‑making.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.
• Continuously assess and improve accounting processes to optimize performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CMA) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Manager Accounts or in a senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
