About the role

The Manager Acquisition & Joint Ventures is responsible for sourcing and securing new real‑estate projects to build a robust inventory that meets regional revenue targets. The role involves generating leads, conducting meetings with developers or land owners, and delivering solutions that align with customer requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture prospects by generating leads and conducting timely meetings.
• Negotiate commercial terms with developers, including fees, contract tenure, inventory mix, pricing, discounts, and payment plans.
• Gather preliminary project information and perform detailed due‑diligence on legal, land‑ownership and approval documents.
• Ensure all onboarded projects are vetted for land ownership, approvals, and developer credibility, escalating discrepancies to management.
• Initiate, review, and finalize contract signing processes, including service agreements and lease‑hold agreements.
• Prepare financial feasibility analyses based on project inputs.
• Coordinate with sales teams, providing guidance and operational support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as development authorities, construction firms, and land‑record offices.
• Act as the primary point of contact to resolve issues between developers and sales teams during execution.
• Launch acquired projects, ensuring all relevant documentation and details are communicated to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate acquisition, joint ventures, or related commercial roles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct thorough due‑diligence and assess legal and regulatory aspects of projects.
• Excellent analytical skills for preparing financial feasibility studies.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple contracts and documentation processes.
