Manager Business Analytics

About the role

easypaisa, Pakistan's first digital bank, is looking for a Manager Business Analytics to manage the business reporting and analytics needs of segment owners. The role covers end-to-end analysis, turning business requirements into actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decisions on business growth and product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Work with product owners to define reporting and analytics requirements, identify key metrics and KPIs, and deliver insights.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and visualizations; integrate data from multiple sources and track trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Improve reporting through automation, usability and data quality, and coordinate with IT, Data Engineering, project management and business teams.
• Validate, reconcile and check data quality, and work with regulatory, finance and other stakeholders on reporting needs.
• Learn data structures, tables, data marts and pipelines with Data Engineering and Data Warehouse teams.
• Write SQL queries and analytical scripts, build reusable analytical processes, and use AppsFlyer, Firebase and other tools to track app funnels and KPIs.
• Run deep dives into business and product performance, develop forecasts for subscribers, revenue and transactions, and apply statistical techniques and machine learning models where applicable.
• Analyze app metrics daily, run post-campaign analysis, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably with a professional certification, diploma or master's in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, business intelligence, product analytics or a related field.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
