About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Manager Equipment & Plant with strong leadership and hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of core processes, monitor deployment costs versus revenue, and minimize external rental usage.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure equipment and plants are readily available at project sites.
- Decrease and minimize breakdown time of the equipment fleet to accelerate work progress.
- Implement preventive maintenance norms, conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, HSE, and company systems.
- Support HR in recruitment, training, and development of HSE personnel.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas industry.
Required skills
- Budgeting and cost planning of equipment (rental & owned).
- Reading and interpreting service manuals and spare‑part manuals.
- Auto electronic skills.
