Manager – Integration & Digital Legal

About the role

The Manager Integration & Digital Legal supports the Head of Integration and Digital Legal in delivering legal and documentation services for Mobilink Bank’s digital transformation. This hands‑on role focuses on the legal groundwork for digital product launches, technology integrations, and vendor partnerships as the bank evolves from a micro‑finance institution to a full‑service digital bank.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and redline commercial agreements related to digital banking, fintech partnerships, API integrations, core banking and payment‑switch arrangements.
• Maintain and update standard templates for vendor, technology, outsourcing and digital‑channel agreements, ensuring compliance with SBP outsourcing and technology‑governance requirements.
• Track contract lifecycle milestones, including renewals, expiries, deliverables and termination triggers for all active integration and digital‑partnership agreements.
• Assist the Head of Integration with litigation, contracts, risk mitigation, regulatory filings and preparation of board and management papers.
• Compile and maintain documentation required for DFB‑related regulatory submissions to SBP, including technology governance, cybersecurity and outsourcing annexes.
• Coordinate legal due diligence for new technology vendors and digital partners, and support onboarding of fintech and platform partners.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external counsel on drafting queries and related matters.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with experience in digital banking, technology integration and fintech partnerships.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple contracts and documentation trails simultaneously.
• Ability to work across legal, technology and business teams under tight transformation timelines.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, especially SBP outsourcing and technology‑governance standards.
