Manager Marketing Fabric (Greige)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager Marketing Fabric (Greige) to lead sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our presence in the textile market. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for greige fabric.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Build long‑term customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in greige fabric sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of textile manufacturing and fabric construction.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
