Manager – Office of the CEO

About the role

The Manager, Office of the CEO will support the Chief Executive Officer in shaping strategic and business decisions for AKU Health Services. This role focuses on developing expansion plans, financial models, and overseeing the performance of hospital operations across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate hospital expansion plans and feasibility studies for integration of health services.
• Define short‑, medium‑ and long‑term strategic objectives and identify challenges to achieving them.
• Create financial feasibility analyses and multi‑year business models in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Coordinate implementation of business plans, monitor financial and statistical performance, and produce reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare strategic documents, concept notes, briefs, and fact sheets for internal and external audiences.
• Gather intelligence on market opportunities, review best practices, and advise on high‑risk initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and financial analysis within a healthcare or large‑scale service environment.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects, solve complex problems, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in monitoring operational performance and risk mitigation.
• Excellent written communication skills for preparing reports and stakeholder documents.
