Manager Operations & Commercial Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Manager Operations & Commercial Operations to lead the end‑to‑end commercial and operational lifecycle for our customers. The role will act as the central hub between sales, customers, OEMs, distributors, finance and logistics to ensure orders are processed, procured, delivered and invoiced on time.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily commercial operations, coordinating pricing, availability, lead times and delivery commitments.
• Manage full procurement cycle for IT hardware, software, networking and telecom products, evaluating quotations and negotiating terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, principals, distributors and suppliers, monitoring performance and mitigating risks.
• Own the order fulfilment process from customer purchase order through to delivery, installation and invoicing using an Order Fulfilment Tracker.
• Coordinate logistics, freight forwarding, customs documentation and inventory receipt, ensuring cost‑effective movement of goods.
• Maintain visibility of current, committed and incoming inventory and produce regular commercial operations reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial and operational processes in a B2B environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate pricing and terms.
• Analytical mindset to identify bottlenecks and resolve issues before they impact customers.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
