About the role
The Manager Policies & Procedures will lead the development, review and implementation of banking policies, SOPs and operational guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, review, update and implement policies, procedures, SOPs and operational guidelines for the banking sector.
- Lead process re‑engineering, business process optimisation, digitisation and automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyse existing processes, identify control gaps and prepare business and procedural documentation.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders for implementation and change management.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in banking policy development and operational risk management.
- Strong understanding of SBP regulations, regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
