Manager Strategic Sales & Services

About the role

We are seeking a Manager Strategic Sales & Services to lead new business ventures, design customized solutions for corporate customers, and generate revenue across prepaid, postpaid, enterprise solutions, MNP, VAS, terminals and DICT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities within the existing corporate client base.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to retain clients and encourage referrals.
• Drive gross additions for voice, mobile data, and enterprise solutions.
• Develop and present tailored solutions for the corporate sector.
• Ensure timely clearance of outstanding amounts from customers.
• Maintain and expand the company’s presence in the corporate market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to negotiate, build relationships and solve problems.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and flexible with good time‑management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
