Manager Trade Marketing - Communication & Visibility

About the role

The Manager Trade Marketing - Communication & Visibility develops and executes channel communication, visibility and merchandising strategies to strengthen brand presence, shopper engagement and conversion at point of sale. The role ensures consistent deployment of brand assets and retail standards while supporting commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication and visibility strategies across retail and trade channels.
• Lead the planning, production, deployment and maintenance of POSM, visibility assets and branded merchandising solutions.
• Ensure execution excellence and compliance with brand, category and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop planograms, visibility standards and merchandising frameworks to improve product placement.
• Drive channel engagement initiatives to strengthen retailer partnerships and execution quality.
• Partner with Brand, Commercial, Procurement and Field teams on visibility campaigns and retail activations.
• Manage suppliers and agencies, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and timely deployment.
• Monitor market execution, analyse performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in consumer engagement, brand activations, trade marketing or marketing; FMCG experience is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of trade marketing, merchandising, promotions and channel engagement.
• Commercial, analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to turn data and business objectives into effective strategies and execution plans.
