About the role
Flipdish is seeking a proactive, commercially‑minded Marketing Automation Manager to own the end‑to‑end customer journey after acquisition. You will design, build and optimise communications and automated campaigns that drive onboarding, retention, expansion and reduced churn for our restaurant‑tech customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own onboarding communications across email, WhatsApp and in‑product touch points.
- Design and implement automated onboarding journeys that accelerate feature adoption and value delivery.
- Ensure consistent, product‑aligned messaging throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop strategies to boost engagement, monitor churn signals and create automated interventions.
- Partner with Customer Success on objection‑handling, education and best‑practice campaigns.
- Monitor competitor moves and craft defensive communication tactics.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to build cross‑sell, upsell and expansion campaigns that increase MRR and order volume.
- Identify growth‑potential segments and trigger timely lifecycle programmes.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure accurate, pain‑point‑focused communications.

- Strong communicator who can craft clear, value‑focused messages.
