Marketing Manager & Specialist – Digital SEO & Content

About the role

Our client, a US‑based private real‑estate investment firm, is expanding its digital marketing team. They are hiring a Marketing Manager (3+ years experience) and a Marketing Specialist (1–3 years experience) to own end‑to‑end SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), content optimization, and social media execution for a sophisticated investor audience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑page SEO and AEO initiatives, targeting featured snippets and AI‑driven search results.
• Optimize and repurpose content across blog, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube platforms.
• Collaborate with an outsourced technical SEO partner to ensure on‑page quality.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Moz; generate weekly performance reports.
• For the Manager: develop strategic recommendations and test plans.
• For the Specialist: support brief creation, feedback cycles, and daily content publishing.

Required profile

• Marketing Manager: minimum 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Marketing Specialist: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality, accurate content for high‑net‑worth investors.
• Curiosity and willingness to ask clarifying questions.
