Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will join Health Next Diagnostics & Labs in Islamabad to design and execute marketing initiatives that promote the centre’s diagnostic and imaging services. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on increasing patient footfall, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting sales efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing strategies for diagnostic and imaging services across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research and analyse local healthcare trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Create and manage patient‑facing communication materials, including brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Organise community outreach initiatives and events to raise awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and optimise tactics based on analytics.
• Support sales activities by developing targeted campaigns for referring physicians and institutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for interaction with patients, partners, and internal teams.
• Experience in market research and marketing strategy, especially within healthcare or related sectors.
• Ability to design and execute sales‑aligned marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing services, and basic analytics.
• Organisational attention to detail and collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; healthcare marketing experience is a plus.
