Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing

About the role

This role centres on creating marketing content and distributing it effectively, building a strong brand presence through online and offline campaigns and events. You will work closely with the sales team so that marketing supports sales, and use your analytical skills to monitor and report on campaign results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms
• Own the performance marketing budget and allocate spend based on ROI and CAC targets
• Build and optimise landing pages, ad creatives and funnels with design and content teams
• Track, analyse and report on metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate
• Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, targeting and landing pages
• Manage retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
• Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, pixels, event tracking, UTM structure, CRM integration)
• Work with sales on quality lead handoff and closed-loop reporting

Required profile

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a software house, SaaS company or tech agency
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI; share metrics and results in your application
• Understanding of B2B lead generation and/or SaaS marketing funnels

Required skills

• Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
• CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce (a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset
