Marketing Specialist (Remote)

It is hiring a Marketing Specialist for a fully remote position with a growing international business that wants to expand its digital presence and customer acquisition. The role suits someone experienced in content marketing, social media management, lead generation, email marketing and campaign optimisation, working closely with leadership, sales teams and creative stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO and paid advertising.
• Create content for blogs, newsletters, landing pages and social media.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns using analytics and reporting tools.
• Support lead generation and work with sales to improve conversion rates.
• Schedule social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Carry out market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist with brand positioning, messaging and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters and external partners.
• Track KPIs, report performance regularly and maintain CRM and marketing automation systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or content marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to manage several projects remotely and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; experience with international teams is a plus.

Required skills

• SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns and paid advertising.
• Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva and Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
