Sales Development Representative – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our on‑site team in Johar Town, Lahore. You will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings for our international closing team while working the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, email campaigns and social prospecting targeting international markets.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery calls and product demos for senior sales staff.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and booked meetings.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• 6 months to 1 year of sales, telesales, cold‑calling or SDR experience, preferably with international clients.
• Willingness to work the night shift (8 PM‑5 AM) on‑site.
• Self‑starter, resilient, goal‑oriented and comfortable engaging decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with sales communication tools (e.g., email, phone, messaging platforms).
