Marketplace Manager – US eCommerce Platforms

About the role

Health Supply 770 is seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to lead the expansion of its online presence across major U.S. retail and eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling marketplace operations while driving revenue growth and product visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Open, set up, and manage seller accounts on eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Home Depot Marketplace, Target Plus, and other U.S. platforms.
• Handle onboarding, verification, compliance, and daily operational workflows.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
• Monitor performance metrics, sales data, and profitability across all channels.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, visibility, and market share.
• Synchronize inventory and manage marketplace integrations.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain account health, resolve policy violations, and address marketplace issues.
• Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and new marketplace opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing U.S. eCommerce marketplace accounts.
• Hands‑on experience opening and scaling eBay seller accounts.
• Strong understanding of Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, Home Depot Marketplace, and Amazon.
• Experience with listing optimization and catalog management.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and marketplace tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple marketplace channels simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, or consumer products is a plus.
