About the role

Bright Way Technologies is seeking a motivated Medical and Surgical Equipment Sales Officer to connect cutting‑edge medical solutions with healthcare providers. You will drive growth by promoting and selling equipment to hospitals and labs while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in hospitals and laboratories to promote and sell medical and surgical equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to advise clients on optimal solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales while meeting revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (FA or FSC).
• At least 1 year of experience in medical or surgical equipment sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
