About the role

Medcare MSO is seeking a motivated Account Receivables Representative to join its Lahore office. The role focuses on managing medical billing cycles, handling claim denials, and ensuring timely payments from insurance providers. Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily work reports to track billing activities.
• Manage the denial bucket by reviewing and resolving claim denials promptly.
• Conduct payment hunting on pending claims to accelerate cash flow.
• Follow the American calendar for claim submission deadlines.
• Handle inbound and outbound insurance calls to clarify billing issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in medical billing.
• Experience in denial management is essential.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
