Medical Billing Operations Manager (Night Shift)

About the role

A U.S.-based wound care medical billing company, with its office in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, is hiring a lead Manager Operations to oversee the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The role ensures smooth coordination between U.S. management and Pakistan operations and works nights, Monday to Friday, from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of RCM, including charge capture, coding, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials management and patient collections.
• Manage multiple teams across billing, coding, AR follow-up, denial management, payment posting and QA, defining roles, responsibilities and reporting lines.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment and workforce planning to keep staffing at optimal levels.
• Analyze data and ensure the integrity of reports so decisions are informed and strategy is sound.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA, ICD-10 and CPT.
• Drive KPIs such as clean claim rates, denial rates, collection targets and client satisfaction.
• Present monthly and quarterly reports to senior leadership and clients, and represent the company in high-level client meetings.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of proven experience leading RCM operations, with deep technical knowledge of the full RCM lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills, able to review financial performance metrics and spot areas for improvement.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in medical billing and RCM.
• Strong understanding of CMS guidelines, payer policies, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and compliance standards.
• Exceptional spoken English fluency, able to communicate confidently with U.S. directors and international stakeholders; this is stated as critical.

Required skills

• Proficiency in EMRs, RCM tools and reporting dashboards such as Monday.com, Athena, Net Health or wound-care-specific EMRs like Advanced MD and eClinicalWorks.
