About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s AI Community as a Medical Content Reviewer for Urdu. You will use your medical background to ensure AI‑generated health information is accurate, safe, and easy to understand for users.

Key responsibilities

Fact‑check AI answers on medical topics, confirming that information is current and correct.
Validate the use of medical terminology, including names of anatomy, drugs, and conditions.
Flag any health advice that appears unsafe or misleading.
Rewrite complex medical research into clear, lay‑person language.

Required profile

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmacy or a related field.
Native‑level proficiency in Urdu.
Basic English reading ability (B1 level) to follow project instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
