Medical Enabler – Scientific Partner

About the role

The Medical Enabler acts as a trusted, scientifically grounded partner within Roche’s customer engagement model. By building deep, long‑term relationships with key customers, the role drives medical practice optimization and positions Roche as a preferred partner in its core disease areas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and execute Roche‑initiated medical education activities, national and international conferences, and digital initiatives.
• Create and maintain digital content for the public and healthcare professionals on Roche‑approved platforms such as MedXperts and Healthlink.
• Provide high‑quality, non‑promotional scientific exchanges to disseminate data, build physician confidence, and support portfolio differentiation.
• Act as the scientific and medical expert for the assigned disease area (breast cancer), delivering insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Generate customer insights and align with other field roles to ensure strategic and operational consistency.

Required profile

• Strong scientific background with expertise in the assigned therapeutic area.
• Experience in medical education, scientific communication, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams and across countries.

Required skills

• Medical scientific expertise in breast cancer.
• Proficiency in planning and executing medical education events.
• Experience with digital content platforms (e.g., MedXperts, Healthlink).
