About the role

Naeem Hospital’s Mohlanwal Branch in Lahore is seeking a dedicated Medical Officer specialized in Pediatrics. The role involves providing comprehensive care to infants, children and adolescents across outpatient, emergency and inpatient settings while upholding clinical excellence and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage pediatric patients in OPD, emergency and ward environments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for infants, children and adolescents.
• Monitor patient progress, maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other departments for multidisciplinary management.
• Handle pediatric emergencies, stabilize patients and provide timely interventions.
• Educate parents and caregivers on treatment plans, medication usage and preventive health measures.
• Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols and patient safety standards.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid PMC/PMDC registration.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in pediatrics as a Medical Officer or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing pediatric OPD, emergency and ward patients.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and handle emergency duties.
