About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Medical Receptionist to join our clinic in Islamabad. The role is on‑site and focuses on providing a warm first point of contact for patients while keeping the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using our booking system.
- Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately and provide clear information.
- Welcome patients, register them and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Handle patient records securely and ensure proper filing.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, faxing and document preparation.
- Assist with overall office organization and coordination with clinical staff.
Required profile
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in general receptionist duties, especially in a medical setting (preferred).
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient‑record handling.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
