Medical Retail Sales Officer

About the role

The Medical Retail Sales Officer will work on the ground, visiting pharmacies across the assigned territory in Lahore. You will introduce Sehat Medical Devices' range of disposables, secure shelf space, and generate regular orders to grow the company’s retail footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily door‑to‑door visits to pharmacies within the assigned area.
• Present and promote SMD’s medical disposables, encouraging pharmacies to stock and reorder the products.
• Ensure proper shelf placement, visibility, and compliance with suggested pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, store managers, and buyers.
• Achieve sales targets and coverage KPIs set by the management.
• Collect and share market intelligence on competitors, pricing, packaging, and demand trends.
• Maintain daily reporting, visit logs, and route plans.
• Coordinate with distribution partners and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Intermediate (FA/FSc) minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy sales, medical disposables, FMCG, or field sales.
• Strong persuasion and communication abilities.
• Enjoys fieldwork and can plan daily routes independently.
• Own transport for field visits.
