Medical Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Medical Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. In this position you will leverage your clinical expertise to create high‑quality training data and evaluate AI‑driven healthcare solutions, helping shape the next generation of medical AI.

Key responsibilities

• Apply advanced clinical diagnosis and treatment planning across diverse scenarios to generate accurate training data for AI models.
• Contribute to the design and evaluation of conversational‑agent workflows, ensuring medical accuracy and patient safety.
• Interpret diagnostic data, including lab results and imaging, and integrate findings into patient‑centric care pathways for model training.
• Develop comprehensive health assessments and provide evidence‑based recommendations in nutrition, dietetics, and pharmacology.
• Review AI‑generated medical responses for clinical validity, identifying gaps or risks in reasoning and treatment planning.

Required profile

• Active clinical experience in medical diagnosis, treatment planning, or patient‑care management within a licensed healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, diagnostic interpretation, health‑assessment methodologies, and nutrition/dietetics principles.
• Familiarity with human anatomy, physiology, immunology, and medical genetics.
• Ability to analyze complex medical information and communicate clinical insights clearly for AI development.
