About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Legal Research to join a leading software development organization on a full‑time remote basis. The role blends deep legal analysis with the creation of technical solutions that support product development and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Design and build technical frameworks or tools that automate portions of the legal research workflow.
• Partner with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation and guidelines for ensuring legal compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven experience in legal research, regulatory analysis, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable technical requirements.
