About the role
We are seeking an energetic Membership Manager to join a rapidly expanding global fitness franchise. In this role you will coach classes, oversee personal trainers, and ensure members receive a premium experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to set and review daily, weekly and monthly goals.
- Engage members during classes, ensuring safe and correct exercise execution while keeping motivation high.
- Demonstrate exercises and provide modifications as needed.
- Create and maintain class and trainer schedules.
- Train and supervise part‑time personal trainers according to company methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, energetic studio environment.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of personal training experience.
- Strong verbal communication and ability to overcome objections.
- Passion for the fitness industry and a drive to foster a thriving membership culture.
- Excellent written English and comfort handling a high volume of emails.
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast‑paced environment.
