Meta Ads Media Buyer (Local Lead Gen)

About the role

Apex, a fast‑growing performance‑marketing agency, is looking for a Media Buyer with at least two years of local lead‑generation experience to manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for dental and orthodontic clinics across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimise Meta ad campaigns for roughly 40 local dental and orthodontic accounts.
• Build and test lead‑gen funnels, including lead forms, landing pages, and call‑tracking, to meet CPL and booked‑appointment KPIs.
• Report performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, calls booked) to Account Managers twice weekly.
• Coordinate with video editors and account managers to produce and refine ad creative.
• Monitor accounts for spend alerts and respond within two hours.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience buying Meta ads, preferably in lead‑gen or local‑service niches.
• Proven ability to hit tight CPL targets on monthly budgets ranging from $1,500 to $6,000 per account.
• Strong English copy‑writing skills for primary text and headlines.
• Comfortable managing 40 live accounts using ClickUp and Slack.

What we offer

• Base salary $1,000‑$1,600 USD plus performance bonus up to $1,500 USD, total $2,500‑$3,000 USD per month.
