Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant – Development & Delivery Specialist

About the role

Mavericks United is looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics professionals to work remotely with US‑based clients. You will translate business needs into practical Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solutions while maintaining clear communication during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with US clients to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and present solutions in plain business language.
• Own workstreams, set realistic timelines, flag blockers early, and ensure commitments are met.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, configurations, customizations, or implementation plans within your specialty.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, timely outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Dynamics 365, Business Central, or Power Platform.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with the ability to lead client conversations.
• Proven reliability, deadline ownership, and remote‑work discipline during US business hours.
• Hands‑on experience delivering implementations, enhancements, or support for real‑world clients.

Required skills

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Field Service, Marketing) or Finance & Operations modules.
• Dynamics 365 Business Central configuration, AL development, and extensions.
• Power Platform – Power Apps (model‑driven or canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages.
• Integrations, Azure services, APIs, reporting, DevOps/ALM practices.
