Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a 2‑3 year experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE & Power Platform Consultant to work onsite in Lahore. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering end‑to‑end CRM solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and custom APIs.
• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Integrate external systems using Azure services, Azure Data Factory, and KingswaySoft.
• Build custom components and integrations with .NET (C#) and leverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance processes.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, deployments, troubleshooting, and production support.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
• Proven delivery of end‑to‑end Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Strong experience in Azure‑based integrations and enterprise solution development.
• Client‑facing consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
