Microsoft Dynamics Techno-Functional Consultant (Finance & Operations)

About the role

XATS is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno‑Functional Consultant (Finance & Operations) to design, develop, configure and implement scalable D365 solutions for its parent group. The role blends functional expertise with technical proficiency to translate business needs into end‑to‑end implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements.
• Design, configure, customise and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and support customisations, extensions, workflows, reports, dashboards and integrations.
• Configure core F&O modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Inventory.
• Manage data migration using Data Management Framework and support system integrations via APIs and Azure services.
• Deploy and manage solutions through Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Conduct system testing, support UAT and facilitate end‑user training.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, process flows, user guides and training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance and supply‑chain business processes and ERP best practices.
• Experience in full project lifecycle implementations, upgrades, support and roll‑outs.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
