Mid-Level Backend Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will build scalable systems, write clean Go code, and work with modern cloud infrastructure in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Build reliable and scalable APIs and backend systems.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize services in a cloud environment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Go (Golang) for backend development.
• Good understanding of unit testing and integration testing practices.
• Hands‑on experience or solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform such as AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend architecture principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
