Mid-Level Flutter & Full-Stack Developer (On-site, Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Flutter and full‑stack developer to take ownership of an existing mobile application, manage its Firebase backend, integrate Stripe payments, and build a web‑based admin panel. The position is on‑site at our Firdous Market office in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Flutter codebase, debug issues, optimise performance and add new features.
• Develop and manage Firebase Authentication, Firestore data modelling, security rules, indexes and transactions.
• Build backend services using TypeScript/Node.js with Firebase Cloud Functions or Cloud Run.
• Integrate Stripe for payment intents, webhooks, refunds, subscriptions and Connect payouts.
• Create reliable appointment scheduling workflows with concurrency control and timezone handling.
• Design and maintain a web‑based admin panel for users, appointments, payments, subscriptions and content, including role‑based access control and dashboards.
• Prepare Android and iOS production builds, handle app‑store releases and write automated tests for critical functionality.
• Document technical details and ensure smooth project handover.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional Flutter/Dart development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Firebase Auth, Firestore modelling, rules, indexes and transactions.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and experience with Cloud Functions or Cloud Run.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Stripe APIs and handling webhooks, idempotency and refunds.
• Experience building web‑based admin panels using modern frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
• Familiarity with Android/iOS deployment, app‑store release processes and automated testing.
