Mid-Level Frontend Developer – Vue.js

About the role

Jack Westin is seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Developer with strong Vue.js experience to build scalable, high‑performance web applications for its MCAT preparation platform. You will own frontend modules, work closely with UI/UX, backend, and product teams, and help shape technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable frontend applications using Vue.js.
• Develop reusable components and shared libraries.
• Optimize performance and responsiveness of web apps.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and product teams.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate APIs and third‑party services.
• Participate in architecture and technical discussions.
• Ensure application quality through testing and debugging.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Vue.js and its ecosystem.
• Experience with Nuxt.js or Next.js.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with state‑management tools and REST APIs.
• Ability to create responsive, cross‑browser interfaces.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
