Mid-Level Software Engineer – Onsite

About the role

Credminds is seeking a mid‑level software engineer to join its core development team. You will contribute to client projects end‑to‑end, from architecture design through deployment, building modern web applications that deliver real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full‑stack web applications for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain code quality and version control using Git and collaborative workflows.
• Integrate AI/ML components and manage cloud deployments when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of professional software development experience.
• Self‑sufficient and able to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to keep stakeholders informed.
• Fast learner who quickly adopts new tools and technologies.
• Quality‑focused mindset, delivering fast without cutting critical corners.

Required skills

• Proficiency in React.js and Next.js for front‑end development.
• Experience with Django and Python for back‑end services.
• Solid understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience building and deploying production‑grade applications.
