Mid/Senior Framer/Webflow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Mid/Senior Framer & Webflow Developer to turn high‑fidelity designs into responsive, interactive, and high‑performing websites. The role is based in Gulberg Greens and works on an evening shift (6 PM – 2 AM).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive websites using Framer and Webflow.
• Build custom sites from scratch in Framer with strong UI/UX knowledge.
• Create smooth animations, interactions, and engaging user experiences.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Implement CMS collections and dynamic content within Webflow.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing websites.
• Collaborate closely with designers and project managers.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Framer and/or Webflow.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and modern development practices.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into production‑ready websites.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with CMS, animations, interactions, and website optimization.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
