Mobile App Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

This remote position is designed for an early‑career marketer who wants to specialise in mobile app growth. You will work directly with founders to acquire users, increase retention, and boost revenue for real mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Research users, competitors, keywords, creators and communities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design and run trackable experiments across organic, paid, social, app‑store, partnership and email channels.
• Support app‑store optimisation to improve visibility, conversion rates and rankings.
• Create copy, content ideas, ad concepts, landing‑page text and outreach messages for user acquisition campaigns.
• Produce and test promotional assets for TikTok, Meta and other social platforms.
• Assist influencer, affiliate, partnership and paid‑media campaigns focused on profitable growth.
• Analyse app‑store data, ad‑platform metrics and customer feedback, using AI tools to inform next steps.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in marketing, growth, social media, app promotion, content or influencer marketing, paid ads, ASO or performance marketing.
• No degree required; hiring based on intelligence, motivation, creativity, analytical thinking and reliability.
• Strong written communication, quick learning ability and data‑driven mindset.
