Monetization Manager – In‑App Advertising

About the role

We are looking for a Monetization Manager to lead in‑app advertising strategy across our mobile app portfolio. You will drive revenue growth while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising monetization strategies for all mobile apps.
• Optimize ad placements, formats, mediation, bidding and waterfall configurations to boost eCPM, ARPDAU and other KPIs.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as Fill Rate, Match Rate and Ad LTV.
• Design, run and analyse A/B tests to enhance monetization performance.
• Analyse user behaviour and revenue trends to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design and analytics teams to embed best‑practice monetization.
• Evaluate, onboard and manage new ad networks and mediation partners.
• Build dashboards and deliver regular revenue performance reports to leadership.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, privacy regulations and platform policy updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app or game advertising monetization.
• Proven track record of managing ad‑monetization strategy and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, mediation platforms and ad networks.
• Hands‑on experience with Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay (IronSource) or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
