Night Shift Customer Care Agent (English Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Care Agent to join our on‑site team in Lahore on the night shift. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email and chat while delivering courteous and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound customer queries in English via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate product or service information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system and follow established procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
• Meet performance targets and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills – clear speaking, active listening and professional writing.
• Customer‑service mindset with empathy, patience and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work consistently during night hours and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communication is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
• Comfort using standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
